Notre Dame’s campus has got to be one of the most beautiful places to have a wedding. When an artist and a lawyer first met on that campus years ago, little did they know that they would be celebrating their love at that very place! Holly & John’s morning wedding was a refreshing change from the traditional, we had an absolute blast!
Congratulations you two! Thank you so much for inviting us to be a part of your big day!
Mitch and I are recovering from a blissfully busy wedding season, thank you to all who have been patient and kind about our lack of blogging lately! For your viewing pleasure, we have an absolutely adorable couple who is getting married this December in Fort Wayne, but currently live in Indy. We were so excited to get to try something new and shoot down there in the city where they fell in love 🙂
Congrats you two, Mitch and I can’t wait until December!!
We had to take special photographs of their “kids” 🙂
Weddings are blissful chaos. While others are sipping cocktails by the pool, we are running full steam ahead capturing moments, and helping to coordinate the most important moment in a couple’s love story. We love our job. We love our couples.
Usually by this time, we are so far buried in editing work that you can’t see the floor. The patience and grace that is given to us while we hurry to complete wedding orders is overwhelming. Thank you so much!
That being said, we have a number of sessions and previews that we haven’t had the time to post to the blog BUT we have been posting avidly on our Facebook Page ( http://www.facebook.com/colagrossistudio ). For those future brides or those who just love weddings as much as we do, I highly encourage you to mosey on over there to catch our latest awesomeness.
Recaps of recent work, as well as future previews will be coming soon, but for now…back to editing!
When Aly and Rob gave word that we were going to be a part of their wedding next year, Mitch and I looked at each other and shouted “YES!” These high-school sweethearts won over our hearts from the very first meeting. I think Aly and I had emailed back and forth over 20 times before we actually had a consultation!
While Aly is being classically trained in Chicago as a pastry chef, Rob will soon be serving our country in the military, so we were excited to find the time to do their engagements last weekend. We ran around downtown Goshen waiting for the sun to set hitting up the Electric Brew and the local record store before heading out to Oxbow Park for some sun sett-y goodness.
I love how in love these two are…and here’s the proof:
